Delivery Procedures



Delivery Notifications.
You will receive notification at your specified email address when your order is being processed and also when your order has been despatched. Your dispatch confirmation email will contain your tracking number so you can track your consignment online right to your door.

  

Delivery time scales and prices.

All of our products (except pre-ordered) are held in stock. We aim for a next day delivery to UK mainland addresses on all orders placed before 4pm. However some stock items maybe showing a longer delivery if we are still waiting for stock to arrive from manufacturers. These should be considered a Pre-booked item. For pre-booked items, you can usually expect to receive the order within 5-10 working days.

Please note: In rare circumstances, or during extremely busy periods it is not always possible to despatch all orders on the same day. Such times may include seasonal periods such as Christmas and new year.

  

Delivery prices are determined by size, weight and parcel quantity. Delivery price may also be affected by a requested early delivery, or on a Saturday or to remote location.

On all orders to mainland UK addresses we are able to offer a carrier charge of £4.99 for order containing one parcel. For orders which are containing more than one parcel a per item surcharge of £0.99

We offer free delivery on orders over £60, free orders will be send via next day delivery service.

For next day timed deliveries surcharges will be incurred.

Please note: There are a few remote locations which are not covered by the next day delivery service and possible surcharges may be incurred.

We have a charge of £0.50 for packing and despatching every order returned.
Exact delivery price will be showed at the checkout before completing your transaction.

 

Late deliveries or despatch
Although we are able to ship almost every order in the specified delivery time-scale, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded and cause a delay. We stress this type of situation is rare and we apologize if this happens in your case. In most cases 98% of our deliveries occur on time and in the case of the rare 2% occurrence its usually an outside influence that’s the cause regrettably affecting the delivery time.


Delivery issues include: Courier service errors, bank holidays, weekends, seasonal calendar periods such as Christmas where postal conditions are unusually high or to over capacity. Again this is a rare situation but is unfortunately beyond our control. In these situations we will do our very best to take responsibility for resolving the situation to the best of our ability to establish delivery.

  

Missed deliveries
If you are not in to receive the attempted delivery, the Courier will leave you notification. This will allow you to telephone them to arrange a redelivery that suits you or to pick up at their local depot (depending on the couriers terms.

See their delivery card notification). Due to security reasons, all items must be signed for and we cannot send items unrecorded.

If for any reason your order cannot be delivered (e.g. incorrect address or item not collected) then we will inform you as soon as possible. From this point, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to re-despatch or for you or to cancel the order. Please note that for orders that were undelivered through fault of the consumer and returned to us can be re-despatched but an additional charge will be made.

If order is no longer required and a refund is requested, the amount refunded will be for the product amount as is your statutory right. The delivery charge is a separate cost and a non-refundable item.

Returned Deliveries

 

We offer you to use our courier service and you will be advised at what the rates will be charged.

 

We understand that you may wish to return your order by the carrier of your choice, we would ask that you get your return tracked for your own benefit as we cannot offer a refund until we have recieved goods and checked that it has been sent back with all labels and packaging in tact.
